was formed by Dave Hoyles to support Exhibitors and rallies within the midlands area also to help rallies and charities keep their costings at its lowest.

The club also helps communities and local charities by organising events in their local area.
​
The midland event club has over 700 members whom use the club for Public liability insurance of £5,000,000 while showing their exhibits at the show in the UK.

​​The club meets every second Monday of the month. The membership runs from the 1st of Jan to the 31st of Dec yearly.
The club has a Full Events list and does its best to keep it up to date. As well as events, the club also has parties and social meetings which are all updated on this page.
